I've just published the prologue and first chapter of The Lost One on Wattpad. Here's the synopsis as it appears on that site:
"My name is Sammy Fahd, and I have one thing to say to all the citizens of Earth: We are not alone. There are infinite stars in our universe, but contrary to popular belief, many of them hold human life. And twenty years ago, one of those extraterrestrial humans came to our planet. King Fahim Fahd of Alvarre broke the most sacred law of the universe: Do not interfere with Earth.
He landed on our planet, and he found a wife, whom he later brought back to his own interplanetary kingdom. Fast-forward to present day, and the daughter of that unsanctioned union has become the center of the intergalactic struggle between good and evil. Both sides need her help to defeat the other, to unlock the secrets of the universe. But first, she needs to be trained...And she is me.
I never wanted to be a princess. I didn't ask for superpowers. And I certainly never asked to be heiress to an intergalactic throne. Although I was born of an ancient, foreign bloodline, I was raised here on Earth. Little did I know, there were aliens who knew my true heritage, knew of my repressed powers, and wanted to use me to end this war.
